RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Representative for Claudia Alarcon Ins Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow Up with potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, text messages and via Virtual platform.
- Multiline existing customers to identify opportunities for additional coverage.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing client needs and requests.
- Meet monthly quotas, including cold calling (50-75 calls per day)
- Market via social media and local presence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creates a welcoming environment through enthusiasm, and authenticity.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service and sales preferred (1 year or more).
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
