ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Claudia Alarcon State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Process billing Inquires, payments, and reinstatements.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow all agency compliance procedure.
- Participate in team training and contribute to smooth office operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active California Property and Casualty License
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Organized reliable and detail oriented
- Insurance experience preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
Compensación: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
